I just wanted to mention to you about one of the delivery guys from BEX, his name is Ayanda. He is always so polite, so professional, friendly, and helpful when he comes to our office. He goes out of his way to assist with carrying parcels to the storeroom for me. He is very accommodating, and we truly appreciate the service that he provides. Please pass this message on to his manager, he is a pleasure to deal with. We appreciate his service of excellence.

I would like to thank everyone at Bex Express Cape Town for their assistance with my delivery this week in order to accommodate me while I was not at home. The Ops team, over the phone and email, were quick to assist and take action with my requests. The driver also especially made 100% sure he was delivering to the correct address and put the packages in a safe place exactly where I asked him to while I was not at home. He also called me to confirm a few times to ask if everything was in order and to confirm he was doing everything correctly and to send photos etc. This company provided excellent service. Thank you
