I’m based in Cape Town and had a client in Johannesburg who urgently needed a package delivered before flying to Australia on Sunday evening. It was already Saturday morning, and while I managed to get the package to JHB the same day through Trans Air Freight, I still needed someone to collect it from the cargo and deliver it to my client. That’s when BEX Express truly saved the day. The director, Skye, personally contacted me even while watching the Bokke play against Argentina. and assured me that the package would be delivered before noon on Sunday. Sure enough, my client confirmed receipt at 9:30 AM on Sunday! BEX Express went above and beyond on a weekend to make it happen. Exceptional service, bravo to the team!

I would like to thank everyone at BEX Express Cape Town for their assistance with my delivery this week in order to accommodate me while I was not at home.
